Our team pays close attention to every species that we have under our care. We believe that if they’re treated well in our facility, they’ll remain alive and healthy even after they leave our store. Our customers can have peace of mind knowing that they will only receive quality fresh water fish from us.
We strive to source our fish from as many local breeders as possible and even breed fish in house when possible.
Freshwater Fish Guarantee
Most of the freshwater fish we sell are covered by a 7-day guarantee (100% on the first 24 hours; 50% on the next 6 days). Please note that the customer must bring body of the fish, water sample, and their receipt for us to honor the guarantee. Otherwise, it will be voided.
